Gazanias are small bedding plants with daisy like flowers. Gazania ‘Tiger stripe’ is orange with a brown stripe along each petal. They grow to about 20 cm tall. They are usually sold as annuals but they may get through the winter in a sheltered spot.
Or you can take basal cuttings and bring indoors or somewhere frost-free ready for next year.
Gazanias are very low maintenance and are tolerant of drought. They prefer sun. Deadheading old flowers will encourage new ones to form.
